Trading authorization

We control trades. We never control your money.

Before connecting production credentials, you must affirm each current disclosure below. Creating an account alone does not authorize trading.

01

Service and privacy

Your account stays yours

Effective July 20, 2026. Edge15 operates a managed strategy through your own Kalshi account. We process your email, encrypted API credentials, official account state, execution records, consent records, and security logs only to operate, secure, reconcile, and support the service. We do not sell your personal information. Florida law governs these terms, and all disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Florida.

02

Risk disclosure

Trading can lose money

Event contracts and automated trading can lose some or all committed capital. Liquidity, spread, latency, partial fills, rejected orders, outages, fees, market changes, and manual activity can make live results differ materially from historical results. Edge15 does not guarantee profit, win rate, availability, execution, settlement, or any outcome.

03

Limited API authorization

Trading authority only

You authorize Edge15 to store encrypted Kalshi API credentials, read official account state, and submit, cancel, and reconcile orders solely through an Edge15-managed strategy. You do not authorize participant-selected strategy code or any authority beyond this trading workflow.

04

Non-custodial acknowledgement

No deposits, withdrawals, or transfers

Edge15 cannot receive, hold, safeguard, deposit, withdraw, or transfer your money or positions. Kalshi remains the venue and custodian of your account assets and official records. You remain responsible for account eligibility, funding, taxes, losses, and compliance with Kalshi terms.

05

External activity

Other activity affects the strategy

Orders, positions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, settlements, or activity performed manually or by another tool affect available capital and strategy decisions. Edge15 uses fresh official venue state as account context and may block new entries when that state is stale, incomplete, uncertain, or inconsistent.
